Frequently Asked Questions

Can I freeze this?
Butter noodles are best enjoyed fresh. Freezing can make the noodles soft and mushy when reheated.

Can I substitute ingredients?
Absolutely. Any pasta shape works, and you can swap Parmesan for Romano, Asiago, or even shredded mozzarella in a pinch.

How long do leftovers last?
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of water or milk to bring back the creamy texture.
